Formal opening event of the Imperial Training Center, linked to the Porto University Center, to promote and disseminate information on Portuguese colonies near the university students, and the search for solutions for the colonial issues. The first conference of this new institution was given by engineer Ezequiel de Campos, former professor of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Porto.
Sessão inaugural do Centro de Formação Imperial, anexo ao Centro Universitário do Porto, destinado a promover e divulgar o conhecimento do Ultramar português junto dos estudantes universitários e a descoberta de soluções para os problemas coloniais. A primeira conferência do novo organismo foi proferida pelo Eng.º Ezequiel de Campos, antigo professor na Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto.
