News about the tribute paid to Professor Augusto Nobre, naturalist and professor at the Faculty of Sciences, University of Porto and Director of the Museum of Zoology and Laboratory and of the Marine Zoology Station, who had to retire on reaching the age limit. The Rector, Professor José Pereira Salgado, was accompanied at the sitting by the teaching staff of the Faculty of Sciences, the Heads of the Faculties of Medicine, Engineering and Pharmacy.
Notícia sobre a homenagem prestada ao Dr. Augusto Nobre, naturalista e professor da Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade do Porto e director do Museu e Laboratório Zoológicos e da Estação de Zoologia Marítima, obrigado a aposentar-se por ter atingido o limite de idade. Na sessão de cumprimentos, o corpo docente da Faculdade de Ciências, os directores das faculdades de Medicina, de Engenharia e de Farmácia acompanharam o Reitor, Dr. José Pereira Salgado.
