Em 2011, perante a desorganização encontrada dentro desta unidade de instalação, em virtude da documentação não se apresentar separada em capilhas, os documentos foram separados e acondicionados, tendo as capilhas sido numeradas sequencialmente - que podem conter documentos simples, ou documentos compostos ou macetes - tal como foram os respectivos conteúdos (desde que apresentassem dois ou mais fólios escritos e estivessem desprovidos de foliação original) de modo a possibilitar o mínimo de controlo físico.Contém documentos truncados.

Contém documentação pertencente ao Conselho Geral, à Inquisição de Lisboa, de Coimbra, Évora e à Inquisição de Sevilha.Contempla apontamentos sobre o reduzido Tomas Darby, da Escócia, absolvição "ad cautelam" dada a Guilherme H. (1816), carta para João Pedro Archiman ser instruído no catolicismo, termo de redução e curador (1812); requerimento de Jorge Gould, natural da Irlanda.Integra a lista de pessoas com culpas, remetida pelo promotor da Inquisição de Évora para a Inquisição de Lisboa (1731), carta da condução da ré Genoveva Maria da Inquisição de Évora (1784), certidão médica; culpas contra Fernando, cristão-novo (1586), entre outros.Reúne correspondência de denúncias: de Nicolau de Tolentino e Almeida a denunciar o sobrinho do cónego António Pereira Palha, que possui livros proibidos "Thesaurus Linguae Latinae", de Évora, entre outros, e ainda um soneto de temática ofensiva (1715-1716).Integra denúncias contra o padre João da Cunha, residente em Mirandela, acusado do crime de solicitação (1643), outras contra o reitor João Gomes Tinoco, em Braga, por crime idêntico (1638), entre outros.Contém correspondência remetida da vila de Mazagão (1651), requerimento de Joaquim Garrido, natural da cidade do Porto, assistente no Alto de Campolide, freguesia de São Sebastião da Pedreira, que professou na Ordem da Santíssima Trindade Redenção dos Cativos – sem vocação – a solicitar a secularização, entre outros (inclui selo de chapa do bispo de Angra – 1796-1804).Inclui também correspondência (1797) enviada pela Inquisição de Évora, bem como o requerimento de António Godinho, lavrador da Herdade do Alamo, freguesia de São Manços, termo da cidade de Évora sobre a devastação das searas devido às pragas de gafanhotos.Compreende a carta de Inácio Xavier, do Colégio do Maranhão, Brasil, comissário do Santo Ofício, a relatar casos de homicídio, superstições bem como acerca de soldados e negros escravos (1734).Contempla correspondência remetida da Inquisição de Sevilha para a Inquisição de Lisboa (1783).Reúne documentação relativa ao Fisco de Lisboa, de Coimbra, entre outros; embargos; requerimentos, certidões (em pública-forma), petição de contraditas, procurações, arrendamento (1658), sentença de licença de venda, entre outros.
